Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: 
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. 
    • Anticipate and plan for workforce needs in collaboration with department heads. 
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: 
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. 
    • Build and implement strategies for succession planning and career development. 
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: 
    • Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. 
    • Champion a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with company values. 
  • Performance Management: 
    • Develop and manage the performance appraisal process. 
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement plans. 
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Create and update HR policies to reflect best practices and leg requirements. 
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
  • Training and Development: 
    • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Partner with external trainers or utilize internal resources for upskilling. 
  • HR Operations: 
    • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. 
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes for employees.
  • Conflict Resolution and Grievance Handling 
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
    • Resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Analytics and Reporting: 
    • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement scores. 
    • Present actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis. 

Key Skills and Qualification

  •  Educational Background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • Experience
    • 5–7 years of experience in HR, including leadership roles. 
    • Proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Proficiency in HRMS software and advanced
    • Excel skill 
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
