Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Anticipate and plan for workforce needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and implement strategies for succession planning and career development.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Champion a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with company values.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Create and update HR policies to reflect best practices and leg requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
- Partner with external trainers or utilize internal resources for upskilling.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Conflict Resolution and Grievance Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement scores.
- Present actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis.
Key Skills and Qualification
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.
