Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to
maintain accurate financial records for Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate wi
be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring
the smooth operation of daily accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping:
- Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, a purchases.
- Maintain and update general ledgers.
2. Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial record
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Accounts Manage
- Assist in generating profit and loss statements and balance sheet
5. Tax Preparation Support:
- Ensure financial data is organized and readily available for tax filing
- Assist in calculating GST, TDS, and other tax liabilities.
6. Payroll Assistance:
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate records of employee hours and wages.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all financial records comply with company policies a
- government regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and backups for all financial transaction
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
